Djuradj Djuricic (Born: November 16th 2003) is a Serbian drummer.
He started playing drums at the age of two. His early idols were Green Day and Red Hot Chili Peppers. When he was six, he became one of the youngest finalists in Serbia’s Got Talent and won second place. Djuradj was taught by Marko Djordjevic (professor at Berklee College Of Music) for two years, and has also received numerous lessons from Dave Weckl, Steve Gadd, Horacio Hernandez, Pete Lockett, Claus Hessler, Lenny White…
Nowadays, Djuradj works with and learns from Vasil Hadžimanov, one of the most influential jazz piano players in the Balkan region.
Djuradj’s skills have been seen and recognized by companies such as SABIAN and FIRCHIE.
He has played more than 500 concerts across Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Montenegro. He has performed with various musicians, musical styles: Dragoljub Đuričić(one of the most famous drummers in the Balkans and also his mentor), Balkan Avalanche, Vasil Hadžimanov Band, Zdravko Čolić, Vlatko Stefanovski…
Also, as a member of Balkan Avalanche he has performed at many concerts and festivals.
